Arrived on time, packaged perfectly. Exactly what was advertised. The installation went well. No Leaks of any kind. My install was a bit different because the system is about 45 feet away from the kitchen sink (included valve) and needed drain so I had to run three ¼” lines that distance. I also run the output to my Ice Machine and water cooler (the stand alone bottle type with chilled and hot water). Everything is good so far (about 7 days) with the exception of the tap valve for the drain. The entire unit is plastic and poorly built, the threads strip with just finger tightening and it is leaking. I ordered a separate on and will replace that when it arrives (from another seller). I have also ordered a second holding tank, my preference, so I can have additional water. The supplied tank is just not enough for our family. Lastly, we already had a high quality single stage filter in place so I ran the feed water to the new RO through this filter first, figured I would get use out of it and likely extend the life of the RO filters. We will see how that goes. My inlet water is reading 315-PPM and my output is 13-PPM. I realize this is only one factor but it looks good to me. Much improved taste for everything (drinking straight, Ice, Coffee) . Happy dog, cat, humming birds.

Great system set it up at our sink and also through the refrigerator. We now have yummy room temp water cold water and ice
