The Good:Cheap, took away the odd after taste of my tap water. Includes washers & faucet adapter.The Bad:Cheaply made in China, comes in a brown box with badly written manual using really bad English, no manufacturer contact info. If it breaks, you have no recourse and you are stuck with it if you are past the return date. (There is a customer service link on the product description page, and it looks like Amazon is handling the warranty, but I havent tried using it yet) Difficult to locate filters if you dont know what you are doing.Other Thoughts:Considering Chinas poor track record for safe products, using this thing scares me a little. Would be nice if some lab did tests to see if this thing is actually safe to use. I guess Ill find out one day.(UPDATE 3/22/2016)Its been 7 months since I have owned this filter & I am rather pleased with it. It was fascinating to see my water filter go from bleach white to rusty brown in a matter of 5 months thanks to the clear housing. I also wish to thank iSpring for replying with the filter replacement size data. Shows they actually read reviews. And hopefully that by now, they at least added a sheet with the much needed information on it.
