The RO + DI water system supplies the highest purity water, even purer than distilled water, with zero or close to zero dissolved solids (TDS) or minerals. The reverse osmosis water filter system is tested to remove up to 99.99% of harmful contaminants that commonly appear in municipal and well water. All filters, tanks, tubing and other water-contacting parts are manufactured to comply strictly with NSF/ANSI standard (58 for reverse osmosis).

Precision Performance
The RCC7D is a multi-layered filter system that supplies the highest purity water, even purer than distilled water, with zero or close to zero dissolved solids (TDS) or minerals.
The system consists of 6 different stages, each one designed to progressively remove contaminants and improve water quality:
3 Pre-filters: PP sediment filter. Carbon KDF (GAC) filter. Carbon block (CTO) filter. They remove large contaminants and protect the RO membrane from chemicals like chlorine and chloramines.
The heart of the system is the Reverse Osmosis filter that removes contaminants down to 0.0001 microns – so small that only water molecules can squeeze through but virtually nothing else.
SFine GAC filter provides extra polishing before the purified water is delivered to the faucet.
Special de-ionization DI filter produces crystal clean water even purer than distilled water.
The end result is ultra clean water with zero or close to zero dissolved solids (TDS) or minerals.
The high-throughput RCC7D membrane is rated for up to 75 gallons per day (GPD), ensuring immediate access to clean water on demand.

The RCC7D features the same core five stage reverse osmosis filtration process found on other systems, but what sets this model apart is the DI resin filter. This filter system uses reverse osmosis along with a process called deionization to supply the distilled water quality.
Demineralized water has become popular with both commercial and residential settings. However, water from this system is not recommended for drinking. Water with no minerals or TDS may taste strange to most customers.
