About this item
- This Reverse Osmosis under sink mounted water filter contains 6 different stages of filtration to remove up to 99% of over 1,000 contaminants, including PFAS, lead (removes up to 98% of lead), chlorine, fluoride, arsenic, asbestos, calcium, and sodium.
- With its advanced 11 watt UV filter stage, the RCC7U is suitable for filtering well water and other problem water sources like water from lakes and streams. A flow sensor switch turns the UV unit on and off automatically with water flow, saving power and lengthening the life of the UV lamp.
- Quality components ensure reliability and low maintenance for many years to come. Clear see-through 1st stage housing makes filter inspection a snap.
- Do-it-yourself installation, typically in a couple of hours with industry-leading help just a phone call away. Fits under a standard kitchen sink, with all parts included and instructions and videos. For leak-free installation, simply push tubing ½ inch deep into quick-fitting connectors and lock - no threading pipes needed. Features European-designed brushed nickel all-metal faucet.
- Backed by 1year Manufacturer Warranty with lifetime support line: 678-261-7611, from Atlanta, GA USA.

Very nice water filtration system. Installation was straight forward following the online video. We ordered a drinking dispenser faucet that was Oil Rubbed Bronze separately to match our existing kitchen faucet and didnt use the silver drinking faucet that came with the iSpring system. Ill probably use the silver faucet elsewhere in the house, as we are thinking about installing a water filtration system in the master bathroom. I installed the drinking dispenser faucet in my granite counter top using the hole previously occupied by the soap dispenser, which was one-inch instead of the recommended one-half inch, but the large rubber washer included in the kit helped to secure the faucet tightly from underneath and I have not experienced any movement of the dispenser faucet when using it. I hung the filters assembly on a 1 x 2 wood strip on the side of the cabinet underneath the sink. Just a word of caution about the connections of all the various color-coded hoses -- be sure and push them all the way into the fittings and use the Lock Sleeves, as I had several leaks when I turned on the water for the first time after the install. I just had to go back and re-check all the connections and re-seat a few of them. Also make the sure the cap for the Reverse Osmosis Membrane (horizontal tube along the top) is screwed on tightly enough to connect with the O-Ring, as I had a leak in that location as well. A few more turns of the membrane housing cap stopped the leak. Another tip is after the filters are filled with water, the setup becomes very heavy and difficult to lift off the bracket (if used) from underneath the sink to check the fittings. But hoses were long enough for me to place the entire assembly in a tub to catch the water while troubleshooting the leaks. That prevented water from getting all over bottom of the sink cabinet and kitchen floor. Then I simply hung the filters assembly back on the side of the cabinet and all is good. I also ordered the Ice Maker Kit, which was an easy install, although I should have figured out a way to use my existing ice maker line since it was thicker in diameter and better quality than the plastic line supplied with the kit. I think with a couple of water-line adapters I could have made it work. Also, the water pressure coming from the dispenser in the refrigerator door is lower than it was before because of the smaller supply line supplied with the ice maker kit, but not something I cant live with. Overall, Im satisfied with the iSpring RO system.
