I would like to start off by saying what an easy company iSpring is to work with. This is the second system I have purchased from them. The first system was destroyed in a house fire, so when it was time to install an RO system in the rebuilt house, there was no hesitation to purchase again from them.I am on a well and the well has high iron and sulfur content. I do use a iron filter and water softener, but like the taste of RO water. I use it for drinking water and for the icemaker. I also use it for several large saltwater aquariums, just like my previous system. I had a 5 stage, but opted for a 6 stage this time. I had to call/email iSpring about some special configuration requests to meet my needs. They were wonderful to work with. Seems like a small company that is flexible to meet customer needs. I have had saltwater aquariums for 22 years and for probably the past 10 have been using RO water. I had tried another manufacture in the past, but found the output of the iSpring system to be far greater. Water quality is a huge deal when maintaining aquariums, I feel that this RO system does an exceptional job and providing pure water. I setup this system to auto fill a 55 gal drum. With the 75gpd capacity of the system, it can refill that drum without a problem in a 24hr period. In my environment, I have incoming water pressure of 80psi @ about 52 degrees, that water goes through both the iron filter and water softener. They both have 1.25" input/output connections, but I still loose about 15psi. So the water that feeds the RO system is probably around 60-65psi. It has also been brought up to approximately 67 degrees. iSpring was able to configure this system with the booster pump, even though I probably didnt need it, I just wanted it. I have great flow at the kitchen sink, and I already mentioned how it gets stored/used for the aquariums.I should also mention that it is very easy to install, change filters, etc. I would recommend this system to anyone, with the color coded hoses and instructions, you cant go wrong. As I mentioned, I am already a repeat customer.
