I own 2 of the iSpring systems and wanted to upgrade one to a larger tank. I had purchased a 20 gallon iSpring tank and when received i realized it is 3/8" rather than 1/4" (It does state this in the description) These are typically made for larger systems so it was not fitted for my system. I tried looking online for an adapter and saw a review that mentioned Nick at iSpring and how helpful he was. I contacted iSpring, super easy, they pick right up and super friendly. i explained my situation and it turns out its a good thing I called. Nick explained that for my residential system the 20 gallon is too large and recommended the 11 gallon as it will perform much better. He took the time to explain and guide me after explaining what i needed and helped me understand and t=get the right equipment. I mentioned I could not find an adapter on line but did read a review where you helped people with part needed if they purchased their systems. Needless to say, Nick explained that I need a 3/8? to 1/4" adapter and when I told him I really did not want to go out during Covid, he said, no problem, i will send you one. WOW! totally cool. Simply show your purchase and once he knows you are a customer, you get the part free. Don't look at the reviews that complain about this, they did not read and realize how incredible iSpring and there customer service are. This means a lot to me. Someone who actually picks up a phone and is friendly and helpful. Nick sent me the part as promised and I ordered the correct size and they arrived together (great timing) Great Product, Incredible Customer support, priced right, what more can you ask for. I will most certainly recommend anyone looking for an RO system to iSpring. The stand behind their products and care about customer satisfaction. Thanks Nick and iSpring. You are setting the standard for a company and customer service........
