I recently bought a home and wanted to add in a drinking/cooking water system so we could be confident in purity of our water supply. I choose to install the iSpring RCC1UP-AK and I wanted to have a tank that stored plenty of water for our family and guests. I saw the iSpring T20M come up at a good price and jumped on it. The item arrived no problem, but there was a malformed plastic tank tee. I wrote iSpring and they immediately sent me a new part. Further more, I described how I was going to hook the tank up, and they also sent me an adapter that I needed and would have otherwise needed to purchase. Thank you iSpring for great customer service. I choose to plumb the smaller tank that came in the RCC1UP-AK kit and the larger tank together. After a couple weeks, it is working great!
