Step 1
Detach the shower head from the shower arm OR remove the shower mount if you have a hand shower. Apply 4-6 wraps of Plumber's tape around the threads of the shower filter.
Step 2
Place a white sand washer between the tape-wrapped end of shower filter and the shower head. Hand tighten the shower head to the shower filter by turning it clockwise.
Step 3
Wrap tape around the shower arm threads 4-6 times. Place the other white sand washer in top connection of shower filter. Hand tighten the shower filter to the shower arm by turning it clockwise.
Easy installation with no additional tools needed. Our universal 1/2" connections easily and securely connect to any standard fixed, handheld, rain, and combo showers.

The iSpring Shower Filter fits every standard 1/2” shower. It works with handheld, fixed, and rain showerheads. No tools required for installation. Filters last up to 9 months (approx. 12,000 gallons)
Please Note: You may experience reduced water flow if your source water has high levels of sediment or if you are on well water. It's recommended that you flip the filter cartridge over, flush with hot water to remove sediment and put it back to the original position whenever you notice a reduced flow.

After I installed this shower filter on my shower (which was very easy) All of the problems that had bothered me for years were gone! No smelly showering water, and my hair doesn't feel like straw any more. I plan to replace the filter cartridge every 3 months to achieve the best results. Highly recommend!
